We continue to operate regularly during these challenging times. However, we’ve had to reorganise ourselves a little bit: our simple goal going forward is to fill your orders quicker and more efficiently, without obviously compromising quality.
1) We’ll keep a growing stock of both roasted coffee and chocolate bars.
2) We’ll fill and ship the orders as they come. On average, you can expect receiving your order in Spain within 48-72 working hours.
3) The coffee you’ll receive will normally be 5-10 days from the roasting date, maximum 21 days.
Please remember that coffee is at its peak between 2 and 6 weeks from the roasting date, and it’ll still be absolutely delicious up to 8-10 weeks.
We hope you’ll understand our new policy and we really think it’s the best thing to do, both from a quality and service perspective. In the specialty coffee world, often freshness is perceived as quality, however a well rested coffee offers a superior experience and way too often we drink coffee that is too fresh.
Also please note that we’re running on reduced staff, so please be gentle with us if there is any slight delay or mistake.

We accept the following payment methods:
Shipping within Spain will be carried out by Correos Express with online tracking.
Orders will be shipped 1-2 working days from the order date and delivered within a maximum of 72 working hours (usually 24 hours).
Shipping costs are €4.00 (VAT included) flat-rate for purchases within peninsular Spain. Free shipping with a minimum purchase of €40.
International shipping will be carried out by DHL, UPS, TNT, GLS or other courier with online tracking.
Orders will be shipped 1-2 days from the order date and delivered within an average of 3-7 working days, depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are €10.00 (VAT included) flat-rate for purchases within the following European countries:

Shipping costs are €25.00 (VAT included) flat-rate for purchases within the remaining EU countries.

The buyer shall have seven days to cancel the purchase contract, from the day of receipt of the products (Law 47/2002)
Puchero Roasters Coffee will only be liable for returns raised and discussed with us (firstname.lastname@example.org).
In case of defective package handling during transport, the buyer should not accept delivery and must contact Puchero Coffee Roasters immediately.
