Anasora is a new washing station and project at very high altitudes in Guji. It started with a remote farm in an area where coffee is a relatively new crop. Until recently they only produced naturals but in 2018 they completed construction of the washing station, including facilities for processing washed coffees. Here the beans mature very slowly and they even look different. The profile has some spiciness to it and a lot of complexity. Even in their first year in full production, and with a new management team, they have managed to produce outstanding coffee.
