  • We are artisan specialty coffee roasters. We roast once a week and deliver all our coffees at the time of maximum freshness.

    Regularly, we roast on Mondays. In cases when the roast date is changed, this will be clearly advertised on the main page of our website. All orders placed before 10:00am (Madrid time) on the roast date, will be roasted the same day and shipped 1-2 days later. All orders placed after 10:00am (Madrid time) on the roast date, will be roasted on the following roast date.

  • Shipping within Spain will be sent with Correos Express with online tracking.

    Orders will be shipped the day after the roast day and delivered within a maximum of 72 working hours (usually 24 hours).

    Shipping costs are €4.00 (VAT included) flat-rate for purchases within Spain. Free shipping with a minimum purchase of €40.

    International shipping will be sent with GLS, TNT or other courier with online tracking.

    Orders will be shipped the day after the roast date and delivered within an average of 3-7 working days, depending on the destination.

    Shipping costs are €10.00 (VAT included) flat-rate for purchases within the following European countries:

    Shipping costs are €25.00 (VAT included) flat-rate for purchases within the remaining EU countries.

  • The buyer shall have seven days to cancel the purchase contract, from the day of receipt of the products (Law 47/2002)

    Puchero Roasters Coffee will only be liable for returns raised and discussed with us (info@puchero.coffee).

    In case of defective package handling during transport, the buyer should not accept delivery and must contact Puchero Coffee Roasters immediately.
