This is Marco and Paloma, founders of PUCHERO, a specialty coffee roaster located in a small town of 170 people called Hornillos de Eresma in Castile and León (Spain).
At PUCHERO we are committed to the highest quality raw materials, dedication and understanding of the roasting process. All our coffees are seasonal and fresh harvest.
As roasters we feel responsible to preserve and magnify the intrinsic aromas of each origin and variety, valuing all the work that farmers have put into the beans.
You can also be part of PUCHERO and help us improve the quality of the final cup. We will work as a team to select aromas, notes and roasting styles and create a unique coffee for your business.
